How to Use a Finger Labyrinth
A finger labyrinth is a labyrinth you can trace with your finger. Although a finger labyrinth may not offer the awe inspiring feeling that an actual labyrinth can provide, a finger labyrinth can be a good meditation tool. The labyrinth is a tool of transformation, healing and spiritual enlightenment. Use it often as you traverse your life path.

Great instructions. And while a finger labyrinth can't replace walking a real one, it can definitely serve as a substitute when a real one isn't available. Thanks! -
