How to Throw Sevens at Dice
"Throwing Nothing but Sevens" might be every craps player's dream, but the fact is that since the dice each has six sides, there are a total of 36 possible combinations for you to roll, only two of which are sevens. That's a 1 in 18 chance EVERY time you roll the dice, so it's virtually impossible to throw "Nothing But Sevens" with regular dice. Luckily, we have a way around it.

1
Buy weighted dice:Try Google to see if a store near you might sell them, but a magic shop would probably be your best bet. Weighted dice are weighted on one side, making that side more likely to land up.
-
2
Work with the dice:Weighted dice don't guarantee the throw you want; they'll just make it more likely. Practice ways to make the dice land the way you want. Once you can complete 10 or more passes with the desired result, you are ready to throw some sevens.

3
Hold a game of craps:Craps is a way for friends to get together, have a little fun, and maybe make a little money. It's also illegal (technically) outside of a casino, so be careful where you hold it. Of course, you want to clean up, though, right? So holding the game yourself would make it more likely that you could employ your own dice, instead of using others. DON'T roll up to your neighborhood craps game brandishing your own dice and then start shooting nothing but sevens, unless, of course, you are truly "cruisin' for a bruisin.'"
-
4
Be casual:Don't get crazy if someone else brings their dice and yours don't get used, and DON'T say, "I need my dice for luck" and then roll 20 sevens in a row. DO be casual, and when everyone gets there, have the dice all set up, so the point of having other dice will never come up.
-
5
Throw some sevens:You're up, the game is in your favor. Remember your practice, and throw those sevens.
