Things You'll Need:
- Notepad or basic text editor
- CD/DVD burning software capable of reading ISO images such as Nero or MagicISO

Step 1
Open Notepad to create your cue file.

Copy the following text into a blank Notepad page. FILE "binfile.bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE1/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00. (Be sure to type the name of your bin file in place of binfile.bin.)

Click "File" and then "Save As" to save your file. Name it identical to your bin file, but with the extension .cue. For instance, if you have a bin file called Test.bin, your text file would be saved as "Test.cue".

Step 4
Open your chosen CD/DVD software capable of using ISO images. You will now be able to read the bin file.

Step 1
Install MagicISO and open the program.

Step 2
Convert the bin file to an ISO file.

Step 3
Open the converted ISO file in MagicISO to read the contents or burn to a CD or DVD.
