Instructions

    • 1

      Open the document you wish to print on your computer. Move your cursor to the File tab on the tool bar. Single left-click your mouse to open the File tab.

      Move your cursor to the Print command. Single left-click your mouse to open the Printer Properties dialog box.

      Move your cursor to the Printing Shortcuts tab. Single left-click your mouse to open the drop down list.

      Move your cursor to the Two-Sided (Duplex) Printing option on the drop down list. Single left-click your mouse to open the Two-Sided Printing drop down list.

      Move your cursor to the Manually option. Single left-click your mouse to open the Manually dialog box. Select any specific print options in this dialog box by moving your cursor over the appropriate box and single left-clicking to place a check in the corresponding selection box. Move your cursor to the Okay box and single left-click your mouse to begin printing.

      Wait for the HP Deskjet D2500 printer to print the odd numbered pages of your document. Remove the printed pages from the printer. Reload the printed pages with the printed side up.

      Move your cursor to the Continue button. Single left click your mouse to print the even numbered pages.

Tips & Warnings

  • The HP Deskjet D2500 printer has the capability to adjust for binding two sided copies. Margin adjustments can be made for book binding style, with margin adjustments on the side, or flip-chart style, with the margin adjustment at the top.
