Things You'll Need:
- Medium-size potatoes, baked
- Spoon
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- Baking dish
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Allow the oven about 15 minutes to completely warm up.

Quarter the medium-sized baked potatoes. Make the cuts long enough to allow the potatoes to open up.

Scoop the potato meat out of the potato skins and place in a small bowl.

Spread a small amount of ranch salad dressing inside of each potato skin.
Place the potato meat back inside each of the potato skins and place on baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese sparingly on top of potatoes. -
Step 5
Place the baking dish, with the potatoes, in the preheated oven. Bake the potatoes for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove the baking dish from the oven.

Step 6
Garnish tops of the potatoes with green onions. Arrange the garnished potatoes in a banana boat dish or on a glass dish.
