• Firefox or Internet Explorer

1. search google for 'codeen proxy 3124'

2. 

   copy one Proxy address with port 3124

3. If your browser is firefox do as follows:
   go to 'Tools'> 'Options' > 'Advanced' > 'Network'> 'Settings'
   Click 'Manual Proxy Configuration'
   Paste the proxy address in the box close to 'HTTP proxy'
   Set port as '3124'
   Tick 'Use this proxy server for all protocols'
   and press 'OK'twice
   Enjoy unblocked surfing !

4. If your browser is Internet explorer do as follows:
   go to 'Tools'> 'Internet options'> 'Connections'> 'LAN settings'
   Tick 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'
   Paste the proxy address and set port as 3124
   Tick 'Bypass proxy server for local addresses'
   Press 'OK' twice
   Enjoy free surfing !

Tips & Warnings

• If one proxy address is not working try another one
• You can configure Firefox to use multiple proxy addresses with add-ons such as 'Switchproxy', 'FoxyProxy'
• You can not log in to encrypted sites like emails
