How to Format Reverse Text in Microsoft Publisher
Reverse text is white text on a black background instead of the standard black text on a white background. You can format reverse text in any text box in your Microsoft Publisher 2007 document to create this dramatic look.

1
Start Microsoft Publisher 2007 and open a document that contains a text box that you would like to change to reverse text.
-

-
-
3
Select the text box that contains the text you want to reverse. White sizing handles will border the text box, indicating the selection.
-
4
Choose the "Edit" menu and click "Select All" to select the text.
-
5
Click the arrow next to the "Font Color" button on the Formatting toolbar. Choose white for the font. Since your background is still set to white, you won't be able to see your text.
-
6
Click the arrow next to the "Fill Color" button to display the color choices. Select black to fill the text box. You now have white text with a black background in the text box.
