How to Make a Snowman Necklace

A snowman necklace is something you can create with craft glue and a few craft supplies. Snowman necklaces are so easy that you can create enough to give to all of your friends. Your snowman also can double as a Christmas ornament. Just attach it to a short piece of ribbon, yarn or string, and hang it on the tree.

Things You'll Need

• Waxed paper
• White craft glue
• Paper clip
• Black craft foam or felt
• 1 pair of small googly eyes
• Orange craft felt, craft foam or construction paper
• Black craft foam, felt or construction paper
• Yarn, ribbon or string

Instructions

1. Squeeze some snowman-shaped globs of white craft glue onto a piece of waxed paper.

2. Straighten out a paper clip and bend it to a V shape. This will be the loop for hanging the snowman necklace.

3. Cut a tiny top hat from black craft foam or felt and glue the hat to the paper clip hanger, with only the top of the loop showing. Poke the two ends of the bent paper clip into the top of the glue snowman.

4. Press two googly eyes carefully into the glue. Cut a tiny carrot shape from orange craft felt, craft foam or construction paper and attach it to the snowman's face.

5. Create a mouth and some tiny buttons from black craft foam, felt or construction paper, and arrange them on the snowman.

6. Allow the glue to dry for several days, and then peel the snowman off of the waxed paper

7. Cut a piece of yarn, ribbon or string into necklace length, and attach the snowman.
