  • 4 cups white wine vinegar

  • 6 sprigs fresh or dried lavender, divided
  • Potato masher or fork
  • Plastic wrap
  • Strainer
  • Decorative bottles or jars
  • 3 cups red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. lavender buds, dried
