Instructions

    • 1

Make your chocolate milk bath powder in a 16-oz. tub with a tight fitting lid. If you're adding essential oils, store the mix in a cool, dark place.

    • 2

Measure into your tub 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/2 cup of powdered milk and 1/4 of a cup of cocoa powder. In a clean coffee grinder, powder 1/2 cup of oats and add the powder to the mix.

    • 3

Add 3 to 4 essential oils to your chocolate milk bath powder. Options include, cinnamon, vanilla, mint or lavender. Add just one drop at a time and stir it thoroughly into the powders before adding the next drop.

    • 4

Add 4 tbsp. of your powder to a warm bath. Because the powdered milk contains lactic acid, which cleans oils and dirt from your skin, soap is unneccesary. When you are ready to leave the bath, pat your skin dry and apply a light moisturizer.
