Instructions

    • 1

Wash your face daily with warm water. If you need a bit of extra cleansing, wash your face with a spoonful of whole milk or plain, full-fat yogurt. Don't use harsh soaps, detergents, or alcohol-based products that will strip natural oils from your skin.

    • 2

Tone your skin with a natural toner after cleansing, smoothing it on your face and neck with a cotton ball to remove any residual dirt or makeup. Avoid toners with alcohol, which will dry your skin. Instead, buy toners made with lavender, aloe vera or tea tree oil, which are beneficial to dry skin.

    • 3

Apply a light natural moisturizer after cleansing and toning and every few hours throughout the day. Use moisturizers containing shea butter and/or essential oils, or simply smooth on 1/2 tsp. of cold pressed olive oil. Massage the oil gently into your face and neck. Apply extra oil on wrinkle-prone areas, such as the skin around your eyes.

    • 4

Treat your face to a gentle, moisturizing facial once or twice a week. Make a facial with 1 tsp. of full fat yogurt and 1 tsp. of warm honey. Smooth the facial on your face and neck and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

    • 5

Stay hydrated by drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
