How to Petition for a Street Name Change
Most cities, towns and villages have a method to petition to change a street name. It's easier to change the name of a small side street than a major thoroughfare. Consideration is given to businesses and residents who must endure a change of address. However, naming a street after someone is a great way to honor achievements and contributions.
