1
Connect the check valve of the water ozonator. The flat side of the piece needs to fit the unit. This device prevents any back flow.
-
2
Examine tubing to make sure nothing is blocking it. Remove the diffuser stone from the tubing. Blow hard through the diffuser stone to make sure it won't be blocked with any obstructions.

3
Fill a glass or pitcher with cold water. Cold water takes less time to become saturated with activated oxygen. If you want to use the water to make tea, then you'll need to transfer it to a sterilized container and boil it to the desired temperature.
-
4
Place the diffuser stone or ball into the glass or pitcher. Turn on the water ozonator and watch the bubbles come out of the stone. These bubbles will eventually dissolve into the water. Allow the ozonator to run for 3 to 15 minutes, depending on the amount of drinking water you're sanitizing.
-
5
Turn off the water ozonator. Remove the stone. Let the water sit for several minutes before drinking. The oxygen will stay activated in the water for about 20 minutes, but will remain sanitized.
-
6
Bottle the sanitized water in a sterilized container if you wish to use it later. Bottling this water within 20 minutes will prevent it from coming into contact with any other microorganisms.
