  • 2 cups strong hot tea
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pint ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 oz. Rum (optional)
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Instructions

      Brew the tea bags as normal. Pour the hot tea over sugar in a bowl, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

      Combine the juices with the tea in a punch bowl.

      Add the ginger ale and rum (if desired).

    • 4

      Spoon the tea mix over any flavor of sherbet.
