Cook Pheasant with Wild Rice
Cook Pheasant with Wild Rice

Can use this dish with any bird

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 cups cook pheasant
  • 4 cups cooked rice I like wild rice for this dish
  • 1 can chickeb broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Step 1
    That is my oven

    Pre~ heat you oven to 350 degrees

  2. Step 2

    Mix all ingredient's in a large bowl

  3. Step 3
     

    Grease a casserole dish {Use butter}

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 45 ~ 60 min. {Try not to open the oven to much}

Tips & Warnings
  • Nice Dry red wine goes great with this dish
  • Serves about 8 but I have seen 4 guys eat it all
  • Dish will be hot coming out of the oven
