  • A towel or cloth
  • A Shammy Leather
  • A Bucket of clean water

  1. Step 1

First off all you need to rinse your bike to loosen the dirt so you don't scratch the paint.

Secondly, get the bucket of warm soapy water and cover the entire bike with it using a towel and allow to soak for a few minutes. (5-10)

  3. Step 3

Next start rubbing the frame with the towel and keep dipping it in the bucket as to remove any dirt.

  4. Step 4

While allowing to soak again, use the toothbrush to get into any confined spaces to remove dirt and grease etc.

  5. Step 5

Tips & Warnings
  • A toothbrush is handy to get into tight and small spaces.
  • DO NOT under any circumstances USE A PRESSURE OR JETWASH as they may be so powerful as to rip the stickers off the frame or even strip the paint.
  • Don't forget to oil your chain after washing as your chain will turn rusty before you know it.
