Step 1
4 Slices chicken breast(thin)
1 Tbs Pepper
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Mustard
1 Tbs Maionese
1 cup bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs -
Step 2
Add salt pepper, mustard, maionese, to the beaten eggs and mix carefully.
Dip the chicken breast on the eggs, than on the bread crumbs.
fry the Schnitzel until It's golden from both side. -
Step 3
Serving suggestion:
serve with mush potato and salad.( you can add a fresh lemon juice on Schnitzel)
Make a sandwich(baggett) with mustard and vegetable ketchup or any dipping sauce you like.
