I hate Acne and if you are reading this, you do too. Follow these simple steps to reduce acne, prevent scars and make your life better

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • gentle soap
  • acne cream
  1. Step 1

keeping your face clean is the most important part of acne prevention.

Some steps you should consider the next time you wash your face:

    1. Look for “oil-free” or “non-irritating” products. Though you need the natural oils on your face, you do not need the oils from facial products. Also, if your skin is sensitive, harsh products can make your skin dry out and your acne worse.
    2. You don’t want to pile on layers. The best combination is to wash your face with a good, gentle cleanser and then apply medication. Keep in mind that caking on medication doesn’t work any better than putting on a thin layer. MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN BEFORE WASHING YOUR FACE AND APPLYING ANYTHING ELSE ON YOUR FACE.
    3. As mentioned before, it’s not good to wash your face too often. With that in mind, wash up morning and night, that’s twice a day. If you face gets too oily during the day, use oil-blotting sheets.
    4. PAT YOUR FACE DRY. Do not rub! Rubbing your skin is irritating and can cause more acne/breakouts.

  2. Step 2

Apply a good acne product once a day. Apply a thin layer, globing it on doesn't help and may hurt by clogging pores.

Zyporex is a fast selling all-in-one acne treatment. Zyporex contains 33 of mother natures best acne fighting compounds to eliminate acne once and for all. Zyporex has a large loyal fan base largely because it usually rids 80%-90% of acne within 7 days. I do not own stock nor have a financial interest in this product. It just works.

  3. Step 3

If you have acne, avoid interfering with the healing process. Treat the wound to prevent infection and promote healing Don't clean the site with hydrogen peroxide or alcohol. Hydrogen peroxide kills new skin cells that begin to form as soon as your skin in damaged. Stay out of the sun. While your skin is healing, it's especially sensitive to discoloration from exposure to UV rays and can form an unsightly, noticeable scar. Minimize messing with the spot, avoid activity that pulls the skin around the wound tight. Messing with the wound breaks it open again and causes more scarring.

Tips & Warnings
  • keep your fingers off your face. It infects your face with oils, germs, and causes more damage.
  • Don't squeeze them. This forces infection deeper into your skin and causes more acne. If you have to do something, take a sterile needle and gentle prick the top to relieve the pressure.
