Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • computer
  • e-mail address
  1. Step 1

Sign on to the eBay site of your choice, in whatever country is available that you wish to sell in as your primary account. Find the Registration form to become an eBay user, and complete the simple application form with your name, address, phone number and valid e-mail address.

  2. Step 2

Choose your ID and Password, along with a secret question, secret answer, and Date of Birth.

  3. Step 3

Sign on to Paypal, the preferred method of sending and receiving payments, and open a Personal Account. If you're serious about selling on eBay, eventually you can upgrade from Personal to Premier or Business at any time. Starting with a Personal Account is usually the best way to proceed at first.

  4. Step 4

Once you get a few sales under your belt, proceed to eBay/Sell/Seller Central/Advanced Selling/What's An eBay Store/ and then you can choose from 3 different subscription levels that are right for you. You can set up a Basic, Premium or Anchor Store.

Easy ~ Fun ~ and you'll be earning a little extra spending money for your retirement activities!
