Here's an easy way to make crowd pleasing hot buffalo wings!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • butter or margarine
  • chicken wings (I prefer frozen parts)
  • deep fryer or large pan
  • large pan
  • hot sauce (I like Franks)
  • vinegar
  • crushed red pepper
  • celery
  • bleu cheese dressing
  1. Step 1

Preheat deep fryer - or if you don't have a deep fryer you can use a large deep pan. Once heated, put 10-15 chicken wing parts to cook through until just crispy - about 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

Measure out 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper and mix all into pan and simmer. If the vinegar stings your nose, it's ready!

  3. Step 3

Strain grease from chicken before adding to pan mixture. Let simmer in mixture for another 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.

  4. Step 4

Set out finished wings and garnish with sliced celery and bleu cheese dressing!
