Are you a fan of Michael McDowell (car #00) and/or Nascar in general? Or perhaps your a savvy autograph hunter. Here are the easy step by step instructions for obtaining Michael McDowell's autograph!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Envelopes
  • Postage
  • Desire to Collect an Autograph
  1. Step 1

Prepare a self addressed envelope that is at least 9 x 12 and place a dollar's worth of postage on it. This is the envelope your autograph will be returned in. Also due to this fact, be sure to carefully print "Do Not Bend" on a couple strategic places of your envelope.

  2. Step 2

Obtain an envelope that the envelope in #1 will fit inside of and address it to Michael McDowell's race car shop at:

    Michael McDowell c/o
    Michael Waltrip Racing
    20310 Chartwell Center Drive
    Cornelius, NC 28031

  3. Step 3

Now write your heartfelt letter to Michael McDowell. Be sure to include a few reasons you admire or like him and SPECIFICALLY ask for the autograph. When doing so, for NASCAR autographs, it is important you ask for a 'signed Hero Card'. This card size is the reason you need to check the size of the envelope in #1.

  4. Step 4

Be patient. It may take a long time to receive an autograph back from anyone you request an autograph from.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can choose to substitute an item such as a NASCAR die cast car collectible or trading card you may also have on hand. Be specific that you want that item signed and include enough postage on your SASE to cover sending it back to you.
