This fruit cobbler is really easy to make.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of fruit
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Step 2

Melt the butter into the 8 or 9 inch baking dish/pan.

  3. Step 3

In a bowl mix together well the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  4. Step 4

Add the milk and stir just until blended.

  5. Step 5

Pour batter mixture into the pan/dish with the melted butter.

  6. Step 6

Put the 2 cups of fruit on top of the batter mixture and DO NOT STIR!

  7. Step 7

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of fruit if using apples.

  8. Step 8

Tips & Warnings
  • I use apples mostly for this but any berry fruit will do also.
