How to cook a quick before work breakfast - vienna sausage/cheese eggs


A quick high protein breakfast that everyone can enjoy. Real Tasty.

Things You'll Need

  • vienna sausage
  • eggs
  • cheese
  • cooking oil or spray
  • basil
  • italian seasoning
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • Add your cooking spray or oil to a pan.

  • Open your can of vienna sausage and cut each sausage in half (length wise).

  • Add the sausage to the pan, and add all your seasonings (basil, italian, black pepper, oregano).

  • Cook and marinate the sausage in the seasoning. Continue to stir/flip the sausage for a couple of minutes. They should start to get a little puffy and some will be slightly fried.

  • Remove the sausage from the pan. DO NOT remove the oil or the excess seasoning from the pan.

  • Add a couple of eggs to the hot pan (which has the seasoned oil), and scramble them while they are in the pan. When they are done, add the cheese right before you remove the eggs. Stir long enough to make the cheese melt. - Your Eggs are ready to be serve with the sausage.
