Stripping and waxing can be a challenging job, but with all the right tools can be very easy. It can be done by yourself, but to get right I would have at least four people to a team. Does this Spark an idea?

      You will need the following items before you can start stripping and waxing.

      Wax

    • 4

      Water

      Scrapers

      5 Mop Buckets

      Wax mops

    • 9

      non slip shoes

    • 10

      Dust mop

      Buffer

      First thing you will need to do is scrape up all excess gum and paper off the floor, be sure not to scratch the floor up. the next thing you will need to do is to dust mop the floor. Now you are ready to lay stripper down on the floor, be sure to follow the instruction on the label. Mix the striper and water together, if the striper is not getting up the wax then ad a little striper at a time to the water.

      After three to five minutes of letting the striper, stand on the floor, you are now ready to take the scraper along the ages of the wall and scrape up excess wax. You are now ready to take the buffer and strip the floor. Go very slow, to be sure you get up all wax of the floor. After that you are now ready to get up the striper, you can use a wet vax or mop it up. After mopping up striper be sure to use fresh water to mop after yourself, you will need to do that at least twice.

      After mopping with fresh water you will need to dust mop again. Now you are ready to lay wax. you will need to lay wax alone the walls first. the you will need to lay the center, lay a small area at a time. you will need to lay atleast three coats of wax to achieve a shine, depending on the type of wax you purchase.

    Well I'll start from Step 12..Excess gum and paper are not thing that you're going to really have to worry about, the emulsifier will loosen those naturally. However; Adhesive products such as tape are what you really need to worry about. Step 13: That is...a less than effective means to strip a floor. After 5~6 minutes of letting your stripper set try applying some water to the stripped already laid out in order to reactivate the emulsifier, thus helping you avoid having to strip areas more than once. The "buffer" that you want to use for this job is more affectionately called a "side by side"....something that should be stated lest somebody attempts to do it with a burnisher and winds up wasting a lot of time and money.
