Great tips, good customer service is so rare these days. I believe it is because many employees have no idea what good customer service. For example when standing in a check out line how many times have you heard to cashiers talking to each other about how they cannot wait to get off work, as if the customer was not even there. How irritating it is for me. I have on occasion not returned to a place of business ever again because of poor customer service. Good article, I feel that business owners and managers really need to look at good customer service as a top priority, you will either earn a customer for life or lose a customer for life based on customer service. Training is very important.
