How to Naturally Reduce Pests Around Your Garden

Keeping your garden healthy and organic will prove best in the long run when you see your garden become pest-free and healthier than ever.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Keep your soil healthy
    -rotate and cultivate it
    -put your compost in the garden
    -don't introduce chemicals to the soil
    -sprinkle ash in your garden (very easy if you use wood for winter heat)

  2. Step 2

    In healthy soil, natural predators will help fight off the pests that cause harm in your soil and plants.

  3. Step 3

    If you can, plant species of plants that are from around your area. They will thrive well and fight better against pests, which also helps your other plants.

  4. Step 4

    Plant a variety of plants, not just the same ones all over.
    This variety will make a diverse immunity to pests, and allow each plant to aid one another in keeping the pests away.
