Things You'll Need:
- 1 28 ounce can tomatoes
- 2 cups of light cream
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped fresh basil for garnish

Step 1
Put the tomatoes in a blender and blend at high speed until completely smooth.

Step 2
Add the light cream, basil, and oregano.
Blend again. -
Step 3
In a heavy saucepan, cook over medium heat until piping hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve topped with fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!
