Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    1st Remedy: The Rind of an Orange fruit which has teeth whitening properties is also used for teeth whitening. Rub the inner portion of the rind of Orange on teeth.

  2. Step 2

    2nd Remedy: Take two-three strawberries grind it and make it into small pieces. Use this as a tooth whitening paste.

  3. Step 3

    3rd Remedy: Mixture of baking soda and home used Iodine Rich Salt. Take baking soda one teaspoon, mix a pinch of salt in it and use this as a natural teeth whitener. But be careful, because the salt is very abrasive and could cause mouth pain and weakened enamel.

  4. Step 4

    4th Remedy: Crushed walnut act as a natural cleaner for teeth and prevents teeth discolor, and keep your teeth white and bacteria free.

  5. Step 5

    5th Remedy: Using a Q-Tip, dab hydrogen peroxide onto the surface of your teeth, being careful to avoid your gums or you might have irritation.

  • Not all stains are on the surface of the teeth some are intrinsic(Stain on the inside of tooth).
  • Only your dentist can correct intrinsic stains.
