Instructions

    • 1

Boil the noodles until they are tender. Don't over-boil them or the finished product will be mushy. It is better to under-boil the noodles than to over boil-them

    • 2

      Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

    • 3

Mix the soup, milk and butter in a saucepan & heat on the stove. Add a little salt or pepper to taste. You can also add 1/4 cup of onions, peas, corn or broccoli if you like. Let this mixture heat over a low flame & stir until hot.

    • 4

When the noodles are done, drain them in a colander but do not rinse. Pour them back into the pot you boiled them in. Add the mixture of soup, milk and butter to the noodles & stir them until all are mixed together

    • 5

Now get a casserole dish and fill it to the top with the mixture. Grab a handful or two of potato chips & crumble them atop the mixture in the casserole dish. Cover and place in the oven.

    • 6

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then uncover and let bake for another 10 minutes so the top gets brown and crispy. Let rest for 5 minutes and then serve.
