How to Execute the Drill
-

The drill starts when the player with the ball throws a chest pass to the player in the center of the circle. Upon making the pass, he/she moves toward the center of the circle to replace that player when he/she vacates the spot.
-
5
The person in the center of the circle receives the pass, throws a chest pass to the next person around the circle and replaces the player who orginally passed the ball to him/her.
-
6
The player with the ball continues the process by throwing a chest pass to the player in the center of the circle and players rotate per Steps 1 and 2.
-
7
Once each player has been in the center two or three times, switch to bounce passes.
-
8
After bounce passes, switch to overhead passes.
-
9
After overhead passes, switch to fake high-throw, low-bounce passes.

Tips & Warnings
Have each receiver call "Ball" to get the pass--this helps team communication.
To add some fun and complexity, blow the whistle to reverse the direction of the circle.
For beginners, you want to start with more players until you get the flow of the drill, as it gets quicker with fewer players.
Focus on proper passing form and execution.
