How to Optimize Cardio to Lose Weight Fast

I personally do not like cardio but I know I have to do it to keep my heart healthy and my weight down. Here is how you can use cardio to increase weight loss.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Pick a cardio exercise that will get you motivated and that you enjoy. I like bike. But it can be anything like jogging, walking, running, biking etc.

  2. Step 2

    Get up and do you cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

  3. Step 3

    Perform your cardio no more than 20 minutes in a single session just make sure it is vigourous. In other words get a good sweat out of it.

  4. Step 4

    Do this no more than 3 days per week and never on consecutive days.

  5. Step 5

    No go enjoy a healthier new you.

  • Always get a complete physical from your doctor prior to starting any type of physical activity.
