Step 1
Pick a cardio exercise that will get you motivated and that you enjoy. I like bike. But it can be anything like jogging, walking, running, biking etc.

Get up and do you cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Step 3
Perform your cardio no more than 20 minutes in a single session just make sure it is vigourous. In other words get a good sweat out of it.

Step 4
Do this no more than 3 days per week and never on consecutive days.
