Have you ever had that lingering gut feeling, that you just can't get rid of. That's your intuition, trying to tell you something. Most times if we follow our intuition, we can save ourselves from anguish.

Things You'll Need:

    Trust your instinct, if you feel a hunch, most times you should follow it. Your inner-self is trying to reach out to you.

  2. Step 2

    Relax your body, so that you can get to a more peaceful state of mind.

  3. Step 3
    Meditate
    Meditate

    Meditate, by finding a quite peaceful corner in the house and focus on the question.

  4. Step 4

    Double-check your hunch, think twice before acting.

  5. Step 5
    Music
    Music

    Play quiet, gentle music or anything that helps you to get more relaxed.

  6. Step 6

    Inhale and exhale slowly, while visualizing the breath moving slowly through your being.

  7. Step 7

    Following your intuition helps you to make the right decisions and can provide you with powerful insight that logical thinking can't match.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tune in to your surroundings, where you can pick up important hints.
  • Practice to be aware of your inner-self, so that you can be more aware of your intuitions.
  • Don't ignore your instincts, it never lies.
