Here is a way to cook an ear of corn and keep the full flavor!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • ear(s) of corn, preferably sweet corn
  • oven
  • hot pad
  • butter
  • salt
  • cookie sheet/baking pan
  1. Step 1

Husk the ears, which means to remove all the green leaves from the corn. Also be sure to remove the hairs from the corn, otherwise you'll be picking them from your teeth.

  2. Step 2

Heat the oven to 450 degrees.

  3. Step 3

Wrap ears of corn in aluminum foil (two layers is good), and set them on a baking sheet or pan.

  4. Step 4

Cook for 20-25 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure they're okay, which they should be just fine.

  5. Step 5

Take out, let cool. Then if you like, spread a little butter and sprinkle some salt over the corn! Eat.
