Things You'll Need:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast strips.
- Milk & Eggs
- Sesame oil
- All purpose flour
- Fried chicken seasoning of your choice.
- Sesame seeds
- Cooking oil
- Dipping sauce

Step 1
Mix mild, egg, 1/2 tsp. sesame oil, and fried chicken seasonings to taste in a bowl large enough to hold the amount of chicken you are cooking. Add the chicken to this mixture.

Combine the flour with fried chicken seasonings and place in a large flat baking ban or platter.

Remove chicken, one piece at a time, from the milk & egg mixture. Sprinkle one side with sesame seeds, and lay the seeded side down into the flour. When all the chicken is in the flour, sprinkle the uncoated side with sesame seeds. Turn and press all the pieces into the flour until well coated

Step 4
Heat the cooking oil; I use an electric skillet with about 1/2 inch of oil. Fry chicken, turning until both sides are golden. Do not crowd chicken in the pan. Drain on absorbant paper. Serve with dipping sauce. Sweet & sour sauce in excellent with this chicken.
