Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    After using the stone for sharpening your knife, you should have black mildew on the surface of the stone. This is what we are trying to get rid of.

  2. Step 2

    Go to your kitchen sink, and gently run the tap over the stone getting the stone's surface completely wet.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle a little Ajax (Cleaner) over the stone surface.

  4. Step 4

    With your green scrub pad, swiftly scrub at the surface of the pad. The pad should look good as new.
