Do you want to remove your hair using the threading technique? Threading gives eyebrows a beautiful define look and can be more precise than waxing, because it pulls out each hair one by one. Removing hair using the threading method can be done on short peach fuzz too. You do not have to wait until your hair is a certain length to remove it. Things You'll Need:

  • Cotton thread

  1. Step 1

    Cut about 24 inches of thread. Take the thread and knot the ends together to make a loop.

  2. Step 2

    Hold the thread with one hand on either side. Wind the thread about 10 times so that the wound part is in the center.

  3. Step 3

    Put the thread around the fingers of both hands. Push the wound part towards one hand by widening the fingers of one hand while closing the fingers of the other hand. Repeat using the other hand to push the wound part the other way.

  4. Step 4

    Practice pushing the wound part back and forth until it flows easily. Try using threading to remove leg hair first, because it is easy to reach.

  5. Step 5

    Sit on a chair or your bed and prop up your leg. Place the thread over leg hair and push the wound part back and forth, making sure you get a hair. After practicing on your leg for long enough, you can move onto your upper lip.
