You can buy and apply drum wraps in different colors and textures from music stores and specialty shops. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe down your plastic drum wraps at least once a week. If your drum kit is exposed to a lot of dust or to smoke, then you will want to dust them more often.

Spray a small amount of window cleaner onto a clean soft cloth. Use this cloth to wipe down your plastic drum wraps. Make sure your plastic drum wraps don’t have any streaks. If they do, apply a second course of window cleaner and wipe it dry with your cloth.

Remove stuck on debris with a soft toothbrush and a mild detergent. Make sure you dry your drum wraps thoroughly before putting away your kit. Also, wipe away any drips so that the soapy water doesn’t run into your drum or soak your lugs.

Tips & Warnings
It is a good idea to clean your plastic drum wraps at least once a week, however, if you keep your drum kit covered you can reduce the frequency to once every other week, or even once a month.
Don't use furniture polish or metal polish on your plastic drum wraps. These cleaning products will degrade, stain and ruin your plastic drum wraps.
