How to Make a VCD
Burning videos and movies onto a disc has become easier than ever thanks to advancements in technology, but instead of wasting a whole DVD disc on content that can easily fit on a CD, you can burn a VCD. Video-CDs play in most DVD players, and much like a DVD, you can include customizable menus and options. The best way to create a VCD is by using Nero’s Burning Rom.
