Go over the outermost outlines with a fine tip black permanent marker. Take care not to reproduce any line which is not supposed to be part of the finished picture. For example, omit the guideline in the center of the face and the lines within the eyebrows and shirt sleeves. Wait for the ink to dry before continuing.

Erase the pencil lines carefully from your drawing. Color in your Timmy Turner drawing using colored pencils. Use a flesh colored pencil for his skin. Use red or magenta for the shirt, the inside of the mouth and the cap. Use black pencil or permanent marker for the pants and shoes. Use pink for the tongue, Tuscan red or medium brown for the eyebrows, dark brown for the hair and medium or sky blue for the eyes.
Tips & Warnings
Keep a picture of Timmy Turner by your workspace and refer to it while drawing.
Use a composite line rather than trying to draw the entire line from beginning to end without lifting your pencil.
Use cross-hatching and light to moderate pressure to get a smooth texture with your colored pencil.
Unlike Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy Turner has no pupils.
Colored markers tend to create a mottled effect, so it's best to avoid them.
