Draw a large circle.

Draw another large circle inside the primary circle. There should be a space measuring 1/8" between the two circles.

Draw a third circle inside the circle that was drawn in step 2. There should be a space measuring 4/16-5/16's of an inch between step two's circle and step three's circle.

Inside the circle, draw a bubble-letter "C." The "C" should take up much of the outer edge of the center, with the "C's" ends having an inch space between the ends.

Inside the "C," add a capital "U," "B," and "S" in bubble letters.

Ink your drawing and color the image using red, white, and blue crayons, colored pencils, or a digital medium. The colors are as follows: outer circle: white, center circle: blue, center: white, letters: red.

Use white acrylic paint to color the white portions after you color the red and blue stations if using a traditional medium.
