• T-square or measuring tape
• Pencil
• Safety glasses

Instructions

1. Take measurements of the board you need to cut using a measuring tape, pencil and T-square. Double-check your measurements to ensure accuracy before cutting any boards.

2. Understand that the type of cut will determine which saw to use. For straight, short cuts, use a miter saw. For small pieces or irregular shapes, use a jigsaw. To cut an entire board length, use a table or circular saw.

3. Place the board face down before cutting. This will prevent chipping along the laminate surface.

4. Using the correct saw, cut according to your measurements.
