make Deer Camp Tenderloin

A very well tasting dish that everyone would love

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 pound of Venison tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 ~ 4 Tablespoons of vegetable oil {I use EVOO}
  1. Step 1

Combine all seasonings and place in a shallow dish,
Coat all slices of the tenderloin with the mixture.

  2. Step 2

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.

  3. Step 3

Cook tenderloin pieces until meat is well browned, turning slices over one time.

Tips & Warnings
  • I serve this on hamburger buns or in a plat over a bed of rice
  • Dark beer goes great with any venison dish.
  • Hot when coming out of the oil
