If you have someone in your family that is prone to feeling queasy during long car rides, the following tips can calm their motion sickness.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Keep some peppermint essential oil and tissue in your car during long rides.

  2. Step 2

    If someone feels car sick, put a few drops of peppermint oil on a tissue.

  3. Step 3

    Have them inhale the aroma from the tissue. The can hold onto it in case they need it again. This is usually a quick, effective remedy!
