Things You'll Need:
- 16 small red new potatoes cut into large bite size pieces
- 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1/2 ~ 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 Tablespoons minced Fresh rosemary OR 1 Tablespoon of dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoonof ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup of Olive oil {I use EVOO}

Step 1
preheat you oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2
Place potatoes in a large baking pan or cookie tray, Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt & pepper. Then toss to combine all ingredients.

Step 3
Combine the Worcestershire's sauce and the olive oil the drizzle over the potatoes

Step 4
Bake for about 45 ~ 55 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender
