So easy even you can make this side dish

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 16 small red new potatoes cut into large bite size pieces
  • 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1/2 ~ 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Fresh rosemary OR 1 Tablespoon of dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Tablespoonof ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup of Olive oil {I use EVOO}
  1. Step 1
     

    preheat you oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Place potatoes in a large baking pan or cookie tray, Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt & pepper. Then toss to combine all ingredients.

  3. Step 3
     

    Combine the Worcestershire's sauce and the olive oil the drizzle over the potatoes

  4. Step 4
     

    Bake for about 45 ~ 55 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender

Tips & Warnings
  • Goes great with any dish
  • Will be hot when they come out of the oven
