Create a once a month routine. If you find that when you run your hand across your forehead there are a lot of small bumps, you may need to use a microdermabrasion cream once a month. This will help to smooth your face and make it look fresher.
Take care of your body. What you eat and the lifestyle you choose can really affect the health and appearance of your skin. Smoking or eating a diet high in fats can do severe damage to your face. Giving up these habits can not only affect the look and feel of your face, but they will also give you huge health benefits in the long run.
