Locate Puerto Vallarta's library. Biblioteca Los Mangos is at Av. Francisco Villa 1001 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. You may contact the library by calling (322) 224-9966 or email blm@prodigy.net.mx to contact the library's director, Ricardo Murrieta Grada.

When you go to the library, bring these documents with you: one ID, which could be your passport; your address in the city and some documentation proving your address, which could be a receipt for rent or telephone; two small pictures, such as passport-sized photos.
