Lately, people all over the country are discovering the amazing health benefits of flaxseed. Experts in the health industry are praising the benefits of flaxseed including the ability to heal and regulate the digestive system, reduce the severity of inflammatory diseases, and even slow the aging process. Since flaxseed has a hard shell that our bodies are unable to dissolve during digestion, ground flaxseed (flax seed meal) or the cold-pressed oil are consumed to obtain these and other health benefits. When flaxseed is boiled, a substance is extracted that is easily utilized in creating a helpful product that can be used to groom your hair. This article will show you how to formulate a scented hair gel from flaxseed that will yield about 40 applications (depending on the amount used).
