Business meetings can easily become repetitive and unproductive. Below are 5 tips to help increase efficiency and productivity in your meeting.

  1. Step 1

    Consider who you are inviting to your meeting. If people are not participating and providing input, they probably don't need to be there.

  2. Step 2

    Your meeting should always start and end on time. Allowing employees to schedule accordingly.

  3. Step 3

    Ban cell phones, pda's etc... Attention should be focused on the agenda.

  4. Step 4

    Make sure everyone knows the agenda and comes prepared to provide input.

  5. Step 5

    After the meeting, review the high points, assign tasks and schedule a follow up meeting.
