Consider who you are inviting to your meeting. If people are not participating and providing input, they probably don't need to be there.

Your meeting should always start and end on time. Allowing employees to schedule accordingly.

Ban cell phones, pda's etc... Attention should be focused on the agenda.

Step 4
Make sure everyone knows the agenda and comes prepared to provide input.

Step 5
After the meeting, review the high points, assign tasks and schedule a follow up meeting.
