Boobs can be awfully attractive, but not when they are dangling from a guy's chest! If you are a guy who has been cursed with a set of jiggly man boobs, read this article to learn how to rid yourself of this unsightly problem!

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take off your shirt and give yourself a good hard look in the mirror. Notice those sagging mounds of flesh hanging from your pectorals and, harnessing that disgusted feeling that you should be experiencing, vow to follow the rest of the steps in this article to a t in order to rid yourself of those unsightly man boobies!

  2. Step 2

    Overhaul your diet! Yes, what you put in your mouth and digest on a regular basis can contribute tremendously to those fat stores covering up your well-defined pectorals. Indulging a little too frequently in fatty, sugary, and greasy foods can only add to your fat stores. Try to structure your diet around lean cuts of meat and fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, and on whole, unrefined breads and grains. Leave the sweets and greasy foods for special occasions or for the occasional treat!

  3. Step 3

    Get used to sweating - a lot! In order to burn a significant amount of stored fat, no matter where it is on your body, you have to get up and get moving! The idea is to pick something that you actually enjoy - or at least can tolerate - and do it consistently, on most days of the week. Whether it is running, cycling, walking, or swimming, get that heart rate up consistently and push yourself. You don't have to exercise like a tri athlete or an Olympian, but it would be wise for you to push yourself to go a little farther and a little longer each time you exercise!

  4. Step 4

    Weight train. Incorporating a weight lifting routine into your exercise regimen will go a long way towards adding definition and sculpting your pectoral muscles, those muscles hiding underneath those man boobs. Chest exercises, such as the bench press, decline and incline press, as well as cable crossovers and push-ups can go a long way towards sculpting the underlying muscle as you lose fat.
