Find some friends to play The Hat Boy Drinking Game with. The Hat Boy Drinking game can be played at parties, bars, or other events where beer or liquor is consumed. The minimum number of players for The Hat Boy Drinking Game is five players. The maximum is 12 players.

Prepare a mixed drink, shot, beer, or glass of wine for each player at the table.

Choose a player to roll the dice first. If the dice are rolled and they are not doubles, and the total is not seven or nine, the next player to the left takes his or her turn rolling the dice.

Rolling a seven starts a race for all the players to place one of their thumbs on the table. The player that is the last one to place his or her thumb on the table becomes known as the “Hat Boy” and must wear the hat at the table. The “Hat Boy” is responsible for filling everyone’s drinks at the table.

Rolling a nine starts a race for all the players to place one of their thumbs on their own forehead. The last player to do this would become the new “Hat Boy.”

Rolling doubles results in the roller having to drink. The roller must drink the number of sips showing on one of the two dice when he or she rolls doubles. The player must then roll again.

Rolling doubles three times in a row results in that player becoming the new “Hat Boy” and the dice are passed to the player sitting to the left of the roller.

Continue playing The Hat Boy Drinking Game until everyone decides to end the game or chooses a new game to play.

Tips & Warnings
The player that is “Hat Boy” can not leave the game, they must wait until the roll of the dice requires a player to wear the hat. An empty beer box can be used to substitute for a hat.
Play and drink responsibly. If you have had too much to drink, do not drive.
